Too much ice

We just bought a new refrigerator. A week or so ago anyway.

And despite dropping 2k or so for a boring appliance that's supposed to just sort of disappear into the background of your daily life...

It. Has. Been. Awesome.

My wife and kids are ice fiends. And the old GE Profile just didn't cut it. The ice production was poor, the dispenser didn't work. And it frequently froze over.

But this new guy... This bad boy...

We just can't keep up. Too much ice.

First world problems, as they say...

I was visiting with a client recently. He's got a problem of a similar kind. He wants to retire around 50, but most of the savings and investing has happened in tax-deferred vehicles.

So long before he reaches 59.5, he has to have another source of funds. Plenty of money, but no access yet. Good problems...

Those are mostly the type of problems I spend my time solving. Good problems. Like what's the best way to get from A to B?

Bad problems are more like the road to B blew up, so you've got to pick a new destination.
